A highly successful and reputable independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Trainee / Junior Property Manager to assist with the care for their substantial lettings portfolio across the Brighton area.
You will be working for a company that prides itself on the personal service it delivers to clients. You must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be computer literate in Microsoft Office, have previous experience with Estate Agency software, possess excellent organisational skills, and be able to prioritise.
Previous experience in administration, residential lettings, or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.
Skills: The skills required for this Junior / Trainee Property Manager role will include:
* Previous experience in Property Management / Administration advantageous
* Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships
