We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant on behalf of our esteemed client. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, based in Leamington Spa. The role demands a professional who is proficient in PowerPoint and possesses exceptional presentation skills to support senior management effectively. This is a full-time role, fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
* Design and maintain databases.
* File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
* Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
* Manage and maintain executive offices, equipment, and supplies.
* Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
* Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
* Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
* Interact with external clients.
* Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
