5. Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
6. Develop original content ideas, such as behind-the-scenes footage, influencer collaborations, style tips, and trend reports, to keep the audience engaged and interested.
7. Maintain and update the brand’s website with fresh and engaging content, including homepage updates, product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
8. Ensure that product descriptions, images, and videos are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
9. Enhance website user experience (UX) and improve content discoverability.
10. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, sales events, and brand initiatives.
11. Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned across all channels and that messaging is consistent.
12. Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies based on data and feedback.
13. Manage the brand’s presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels.
14. Create and schedule social media posts that showcase products, promote brand campaigns, highlight user-generated content, and share relevant industry news.
15. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with the audience.
16. Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s image and values.
17. Manage relationships with influencers, overseeing content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
18. Explore partnership opportunities with other brands, organisations or media outlets to expand reach and increase brand visibility.
19. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive online sales.
20. Track and analyse the performance of social media and digital content using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.
21. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations to optimise content strategy.
22. Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of digital content and drive organic traffic to the brand’s website and social media channels.
23. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media updates, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand’s content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
