Type of employment: Full-Time/Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid Location: London or Florida or Preston (2 days/week in the office) OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE We are seeking an innovative and experienced Communications Manager to drive communications activities across the global Arc network. The focus of this role will be on developing and delivering internal communications tactics that support the organisational objectives. In addition, this role will be responsible for employer brand related external communications, the Arc group website and brand assets, and some limited PR activities. This is a new role for the business that will be focused on how we bring our colleagues closer together, developing strong Arc cultural threads throughout our organisation. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive a strategic integrated internal communications plan to support the business strategy Create, plan, and deliver internal communications campaigns, content, and activities on key topics across various mediums (e.g., Teams, townhalls, emails, video) Ensure internal communications are aligned with the overall strategies and plans, contributing to broader communication priorities Collaborate with leadership teams on the planning and developing regular engagement opportunities for teams at all levels, including Town Halls, leadership meetings, and other sharing forums Support the delivery of key internal face-to-face activity including leadership events and all staff Town Hall meetings Develop content plans for the organisation’s social and web presence that align to the organisational strategy and vision Manage the Arc brand and visual identity Assist in PR activities (speech writing, press releases, responding to interview requests) WHAT WE VALUE 4-6 years’ experience in communications, ideally in a global environment An excellent communicator Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Confident at building strong stakeholder relationships in the business Skilled in crafting engaging communications and storytelling that connects employees Good writing, proofreading, and editing skills Light design and video skills WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US As well as working with talented and passionate colleagues, we foster a culture of recognition and growth.
