JOB TITLE:
Payroll Administrator (6 month contract)

Up to £25,000 PA DOE

HOURS:
8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:
Based in the finance department you will liaise with various sites to collate payroll information and data to allow for accurate financial information. As you will communicate with other sites regularly you will need to be a confident and approachable individual with a passion for helping people.
DUTIES:
1. Payroll - collating data from different sites and inputting onto the system, integration training with new sites, producing reports and dealing with monthly payroll queries.
2. System administration - using industry specific system to calculate and verify payments, liaising with managers on new starters and amendments, producing training to new managers.
3. Processing bi-weekly expenses.
4. Inputting petty cash from all sites on a monthly basis.
THE CANDIDATE:
1. Prior finance or basic payroll experience or a business / finance / accounts related degree.
2. Highly accurate inputting skills and a keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent problem solving skills.
4. Team player and enjoys a team environment.
5. IT Literate - good working knowledge of Excel and ideally accounting payroll software.
