Sending a Transformative Education
We are on a mission to elevate the standard of education provided to young people with Special Education Needs (SEN) and Disabilities (SEND), as well as other needs such as Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
Our objective is to support children and young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) in achieving their full potential.
We are seeking SEN/SEND Tutors who share our passion for making a positive impact on the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in East Yorkshire.
At Targeted Provision, we strive to provide a holistic and trauma-informed approach to education, working closely with local authorities and schools to meet the diverse needs of our students.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
* Monitor progress, complete lesson reports, and provide constructive feedback to parents and caregivers.
* Collaborate with our team of SEN/SEND Support Specialists to ensure a comprehensive support system for each student.
