With an exciting and impactful company vision, we are looking to enhance and expand our Marketing team with high performing Graphic Designer who will expand horizons and create beyond convention when it comes to B2B cybersecurity software marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing towards the ongoing creative development of our assets and campaigns.
The role:
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a world leading cybersecurity organisation.
You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team to shape the visual identity of our branding and leading the design direction for all of our marketing and product assets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product and development to bring compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audiences.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage and execute creative projects from concept through to completion. You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact assets, and set the standard for creativity and design excellence across Titania. Integral to the role is working with our digital marketing team to ensure assets are accessible for our audiences.
The person:
We are looking for a creative and ambitious graphic designer who isn’t afraid to challenge a creative brief. You will join our marketing team as the sole creative resource working with a team of communication and digital marketing specialists.
You will work across multiple marketing projects from developing the brand and associated guidelines, creating campaign assets such as infographics and videos, to delivering against a full creative brief such as landing page icons, graphics, assets to a select target audience. You will also be required to develop graphics for our software solutions.
You will be proactive in researching and developing your knowledge of our target audiences and keeping abreast of market trends which could influence your creativity.
Key to this role is being able to turn best practice and research into executable action plans. You’ll have a passion for digital creative design and a desire to continually learn and improve.
The right person for this role will have excellent attention to detail and be thorough in all aspects of their role. They will be calm, level-headed and objective in their interactions, yet resilient and persuasive when necessary.
You’ll also need experience working alongside a marketing team so that you can collaborate on campaigns and projects. Please note, design experience in a Windows environment is essential.
In addition, the following are highly desirable:
Experience in the technology or software industry
4+years experience in graphic and digital design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD
Design in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Canva
Strong understanding of digital marketing including email marketing, landing pages, SEO (preferably designing for HubSpot environments)
Ability to take designs from concept to production for digital, print, and video
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail orientated
Self-motivated and proactive
Strong ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
We will only review applications which include a full case-study of work showcasing examples across multiple channels including digital campaigns, social, events, and brand. This needs to include a clear outline of your creative process.
