This opportunity has arisen due to internal career progression where an administrator has transitioning to a paraplanning role. The company off hybrid working with Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Monday and Fridays WFH. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners. Maintain and update the client database. Process new business applications and manage client information. Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation. Perform general office duties. Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team. What We’re Looking For: Experience in financial services administration. A working knowledge of platforms is a plus. A proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
