Our client, the UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, is seeking an experienced Modelling & Performance Lead to join their delivery team. You will be involved in simulation, modelling, and validation activities, covering the entire RF Seeker chain from radar propagation and hardware response to embedded software algorithms. These algorithms are developed and auto-coded directly from our models, enabling rapid testing, iteration, and delivery of advanced defence capabilities. What do you need?: Essential experience: Modelling and coding Algorithm development Data analysis Simulation validation experience Technical report writing Desirable experience Proficiency in MATLAB and development of models in Simulink Model verification and validation, configuration control and model release processes Continuous Integration and Testing Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing Project/budget/risk management experience What happens now?
