WHAT TO EXPECT
Join our commercial digital team as a Lead Business Analyst!
You can expect to focus on the development of JLR’s digital portfolio, working closely with the orchestration team within the Customer Experience division.
You’ll be contributing to JLR's aggressive transformation across its commercial digital landscape from interaction channels and customer data to finance and payments, meeting the needs of its modern luxury clients.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
In this position, you’ll oversee service designs including blueprinting, leading on JIRA usage and enabling success with opportunities to utilise existing technical skills you have, to supercharge the function teams in their delivery of digital projects.
A Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying gaps and requirements, in the customer experience journey, as articulated by our clients or the demand requestor and ensuring a robust solution.
Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Analysing new requests and working with the business to determine associated requirements
• Lead the identification and management of stakeholders throughout the process and delivery
• Work alongside Solution Architects or Enterprise Architects to look at long-term roadmaps and identify gaps in capability
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
• Business Analyst or Service Designer experience, with a focus on either business processes or technical delivery
• Passion for the automotive industry and experience in data or technology
• Experience managing and supporting other business analysts
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven experience
• Agile delivery experience or exposure to portfolio management
