Halcyon are proud to be working closely with a care provider based in Swindon, that specialises in providing support to young adults with learning disabilities through bespoke supported living services. The organisation was established in 2020 with the vision to provide children and young adults the best transitional support settings available, to help them move from residential children's care, to becoming semi-independent young adults.
With the new OFSTED regulations becoming a part of all transitional services in 2023, they are looking for a Registered Manager that has a demonstrated understanding of running a service, as well as a strong understanding of OFSTED regulations. You will play a pivotal role in making the service compliant with the new regulations and will be the leading element in ensuring your service and staff team are performing to highest standards possible.
Your role as the Registered Manager will be multi-diverse, as you will be registered for 2 services, the first being a transitional service (When Ofsted registration is necessary) and a small children's home, also located in Swindon. You will be working in partnership with another CQC registered manager and the compliance manager for the organisation. The aim of this is to offer as much support and guidance needed for you to be successful in your role.
In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a salary of between £40,000 and £50,000, 33 days holiday including bank holidays and a generous benefits package, including a free gym membership and more. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we look forward to discussing the opportunity further with you.
