Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Hazel Grove Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans to ensure continuity in the students' learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment Provide feedback to the school regarding student progress and any issues encountered during the day Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS Check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Prior experience in teaching or working with children is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK education system Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles Organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience in working as a supply teacher Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the designated area Potential for early morning calls for same-day assignments Interact with students, school staff, and parents on a daily basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
