Residential Conveyancing Assistant

My client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to our client based in Kingston. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a busy conveyancing department.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Assisting with files from instruction to completion, including sales, remortgages, and other administrative duties.
* Managing onboarding platforms and utilizing case management systems.
* Verifying IDs to effectively onboard clients, obtaining source of funds and wealth information.
* Liaising with conveyancers, clients, and estate agents throughout the process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a support role within a busy conveyancing department.
* Essential knowledge of sales, purchase, and remortgaging processes.
* Proficiency in using case management systems.
* Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel).
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
