This role offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in both property transactions and charity-related legal processes. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, intermediaries, and charity trustees. The role also includes bespoke administrative tasks for charity clients, with training provided. Key Responsibilities: Drafting documentation for property transactions and charity-related legal procedures. Managing dealings with the Land Registry. Providing regular updates to clients and intermediaries. Preparing, formatting, and finalising documents to the highest standards. Assisting with fee-earning and administrative tasks. Supporting charity clients with their internal legal processes. Building and maintaining positive relationships with key client contacts, including charity trustees, volunteers, and the public. Using the firm’s financial and practice management systems to log expenses, open and close files, process payments, and handle invoicing. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in the property sector (commercial, residential, or landlord/tenant). Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining a methodical approach. Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and intermediaries.
