Job Details
* Job Title: Support Assistant
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Salary: £24,627 per annum (pro rata)
* Working Hours: Part-Time 30 hours per week
* Working Pattern: Working a 3-week rolling rota including every third weekend and bank holidays
* Location: Claremont House / Gloucester / Gloucestershire

The Role
You will support our customers in living independent, fulfilling, and dignified lives in our Independent Living services, assisting adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
About You
We seek someone with:
* Experience working in a team and positive communication skills
* Experience supporting vulnerable groups, including personal care
* A caring, empathetic, and flexible attitude
* Awareness of CQC standards
* Basic IT and administrative skills
* Flexibility to work hours as needed, including outside normal hours and lone working

Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer care

* Assist with personal affairs, including reading letters and managing utilities

* Maintain accurate records and report concerns promptly

* Support customers in meeting their support plans and daily activities
* Provide personal care and support, including mobility and medication administration
