Your role involves working closely with our Business Controller ISE UK & Ireland, providing top-notch financial analysis, and working closely with business leaders to guide them through economic challenges and opportunities. You won't be limited to local operations; your influence will extend over regional and corporate levels, requiring strong communication skills and a comprehensive approach to both finance and non-finance aspects.
This is a full time permanent position, with hybrid working available.
Main duties for this role will be: -
* Month End Journal preparation and posting
* Running and preparing of month end reports
* Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Packs
* Production of Regular KPI reports for District Managers across UK, Ireland, and Benelux Countries
* Reporting Support for Quarterly District Reviews
* Productivity Analysis of the front-line operatives
* Supporting OneStream Reporting of Month End and Quarterly Figures
* Assisting with Annual Budgeting Process
* Supporting internal and external audit requirements
What we are looking for in the successful applicant: -
* Graduate/Part Qualified in a relevant Finance Course (AAT, CIMA) OR at least 2 years’ experience in a finance role with the desire to study further finance qualifications
* A team player with good communication skills
* Inquisitive nature and not afraid to ask questions
* Accurate and pays attention to detail
* An organised, proactive, and motivated person
* Excellent IT Skills, proficient especially in excel
* VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables are often used
* SAP experience would be a benefit but not essential
* Be willing to Travel around the UK as required
