Production Co-ordinator | £25,000-£26,000 per annum | Poole
Purpose
As a Production Co-ordinator, you'll work very closely with the production team to ensure orders are going out on time whilst setting customer expectations and communicating internally and externally on a daily basis.
You'll benefit from:

Responsibilities
As a Production Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:
1. Tracking the progress of production, identifying potential bottlenecks, and resolving any issues that might cause delays
2. Working closely with the production teams, and getting involved, to ensure the materials and components are available
3. Communicating with customers and suppliers, setting expectations
4. Ordering stock and managing inventory levels using a computer system
5. Chasing jobs and ensuring production requirements are met in line with customer needs
Background
A successful Production Co-ordinator must have:
1. Experience in a production environment as well as communicating with customers
2. Enthusiasm to learn and progress within a fast-paced engineering environment
3. Good communication skills and able to work alone or within a team
4. Be willing to work with chemicals and flexibility to get involved with various other tasks
