Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent guest experience. A Food and Beverage Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within All Accor budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars.
* Operate functions from 10-300 guests, supervising room set ups, customer service, and upselling opportunities.
* Ensure compliance of brand standards in service and F&B quality.
* Recruit, manage, and train the F&B team (approx. 20 including 4 supervisors).
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Play a leading role in Duty Manager shifts and training new DMs.
* Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll.
* Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
* Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team.

Qualifications
Rooms and Wedding experience is mandatory.
