Job Title: SAP Supply Team Manager (m/w/d)
Reporting To: Manager, ERP System
Work Schedule: Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Tewkesbury, GBR
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Supply Team Manager to manage a team of SAP specialists covering the following workstreams: QM/ECM, EWM/WM/IM, ME, P2S, P2P, MII/ME. Our ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of the wider processes around planning, operations, and supply chain coupled with experience of deploying SAP S4/HANA capabilities to support them. The Supply Team Manager works as part of a broader ERP team which includes Finance and Demand teams to deploy and sustain SAP ERP components. This role reports to the ERP Systems Manager and will work closely with our PMO and Global Business Process Owners (GBPO) / Process Analysts who are crucial in ensuring we sustain standardized commodity processes.
You can be based in the UK, America, Germany, or the Netherlands. This position offers flexibility to accommodate fully remote, hybrid, or onsite work, depending on the incumbent's location, and can involve up to 30% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery and Improvement: Lead the delivery and sustain fit for purpose ERP (Supply) capabilities in support of global operations.
* Collaboration: Work with GBPOs to maintain a global standard template for commodity processes while delivering suitable improvements sustainably.
* Decision Facilitation: Apply expert technical ERP knowledge to facilitate key decisions and provide effective solutions.
* Team Management: Manage a team of eight direct reports and ensure appropriate management of Supply consultants engaged in change delivery initiatives.
* Analytics and Integration: Support the delivery of analytics reporting through the design of associated data integration points.
* Change Management: Ensure all change decisions follow best practices and maintain historical records in accordance with audit regulations.
* Standardization: Collaborate with the business and other Digital teams to ensure adoption of global process solutions and data standards.
* Optimization: Work with the ERP Service Owner to ensure optimal support is provided to live user sites via Moog headcount and/or external vendor contracts.
Qualifications:
* 5-10 years of experience with ECC 6.0 and/or S4/HANA environments, preferably with global deployment experience in the latter.
* Project Leadership: Proven experience of leading technical teams as part of a larger project team; able to work efficiently with project/programme managers.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills able to engage and gain alignment across culturally diverse subject matter experts.
* Change Management: Experience in managing technical change across multiple environments utilizing enterprise-level tools.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across different levels and functions within the organization.
* Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and sustain effective teams.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities able to solve complex problems by leveraging the strengths of yourself and other relevant stakeholders.
* Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Special Circumstances:
* Work as part of a Digital transformation team where process blueprints are the accountability of the GBPO construct.
* Sustain a solid working relationship with the Supply GBPO and other ERP team leads to ensure effective collaboration.
* Manage a globally dispersed team in alignment with various local HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct and manage a large volume of work remotely across multiple time zones.
* Travel to other Moog sites, suppliers, and customers internationally as required.
