Job summary Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care? We're looking for a dedicated Secretary to join our Community Mental Health team. In this role, you'll provide vital secretarial support to our admin team, consultants, associate specialists, and allied health professionals. You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the department by managing diaries, preparing paperwork for meetings, and coordinating workloads effectively. If you're ready to bring your organisational skills and enthusiasm to our team, we'd love to hear from you Main duties of the job We're looking for someone who: Has excellent IT and typing skills Can work independently while also collaborating with others Uses their initiative and isn't afraid to ask for support when needed Enjoys building strong working relationships across teams As part of your responsibilities, you'll provide supervision and support to Band 2 and 3 administration colleagues, helping to foster a positive and efficient working environment. You'll also take the lead in arranging and chairing administration team meetings to discuss performance, share peer support, and drive department improvements.
