The Northern Ireland Hospice are seeking to hire a Coffee Shop Manager Nourish by NI Hospice Nourish by NI Hospice new wellness-focused café aims to expand on this concept by delivering nutritious, sustainable food while supporting NI Hospices charitable mission. The Old School House Café The Café is an income-generating venture located in Somerton House, adjacent to the Northern Ireland Hospice. This cozy 35-seat café serves high-quality food and beverages in a peaceful setting, welcoming all members of the public. Our goal is to provide an inviting atmosphere that reflects the values of the Northern Ireland Hospice, building a reputation for quality and excellent service. The Café Manager will oversee the successful operation and strategic growth of Nourish in the city centre and have oversight The Old School House Café on Somerton Road, as well as any future café expansions. Based primarily at Nourish in the city centre, the Café Manager will ensure effective oversight of all locations. This role involves driving footfall and sales, enhancing the cafés positive reputation, and meeting both operational and financial targets. Additionally, the Café Manager will align the café operations with NI Hospice's broader strategic objectives, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and scalability. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management, including staff and volunteer recruitment, stock control, and financial performance. You'll work closely with the Head of Retail to meet sales targets and promote the café through marketing initiatives and social media. Your leadership will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for visitors, reflecting the ethos of the Northern Ireland Hospice.
