We are a large GP practice in Chippenham Wiltshire, with a patient list size of around 16000. Our Practice Nurse Team offer chronic disease management, baby immunisations, routine treatment room work, leg club attendance, general healthcare clinics, women's health, and support our staff to excel in their field. The ideal applicant would be qualified in Asthma and/or COPD management. We are a training practice and have the ability, drive and resource to grow and develop all our staff.
