Apprenticeship Trainer Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Location: Hybrid Working across Calderdale and Kirklees area Job Type: Full-time - Part-Time considered as well We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver apprenticeship standards for learners in Teaching Assistants and/or Early Years. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a strong background in supporting and mentoring learners through their educational journey. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver apprenticeship standards for learners in Teaching Assistants and/or Early Years from Level 2 to Level 5. Observe, review, and provide constructive feedback to learners. Support and deliver Maths & English Functional Skills up to Level 2. Motivate and mentor learners through their learning journey to completion. Manage your own diary to ensure delivery against KPIs, arranging and attending scheduled visits, and completing both company and personal administration. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to learners and clients while maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. Develop resources in collaboration with colleagues to enhance learning experiences. Required Skills & Qualifications: Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32/D33). Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, EAT or equivalent). Experience delivering Apprenticeship standards in Teaching Assistants and/or Early Years to Level 3 or above. Up-to-date knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards in Education and Early Years. Experience in internal and external moderation processes. Proven ability to deliver online learning and workshops to learners both in groups and individually. Strong administrative and data analysis skills.
