The Construction Manager role:
* Report to the Project Manager and lead a team of engineers, works staff, and subcontractors to deliver the project safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
* Focus on Site Establishment by monitoring the programme, assessing risks and opportunities daily, and collaborating with the project planner and team on design, procurement, and construction activities.
Your profile:
* Strong leadership skills
* Good knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant standards and regulations
* Familiarity with construction software packages
