This exciting opportunity involves developing and sustaining manufacturing processes and equipment for the production of medical devices.
Key Areas of Focus:
1. Improve manufacturing efficiency using CI, Lean, and Six Sigma tools.
2. Establish effective communication channels between teams, vendors, and production facilities.
3. Conduct process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and manage risks associated with new product introductions.
4. Facilitate production transfers and optimize facility layouts to enhance productivity.
5. Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure timely maintenance planning.
A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field, combined with at least three years of production or process engineering experience, is essential for this role.
