About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support the Chief Executive Officer.
This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and developing policies.
Maintaining office equipment and assisting with HR, Finance, and IT functions are also key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage office operations, ensuring a safe and secure working environment;
* Coordinate schedules and calendar management;
* Support the Chief Executive Officer in decision-making processes;
* Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment;
* Coordinate meetings and maintain meeting minutes;
* Handle correspondence and respond to emails;
* Develop and implement policies to improve office efficiency;
* Maintain office equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks;
* Assist with HR, Finance, and IT functions as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong work ethic and ability to work independently;
* Knowledge of office management principles and best practices;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
