Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? I am looking for Behaviour Mentors to join an SEMH School, supporting pupils with Behavioural needs.

Responsibilities
* Support children in their learning and development by implementing individualised behaviour management strategies.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment through effective communication and mentoring.
* Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to address the unique needs of each child.
* Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs, including speech therapy and early childhood education activities.
* Monitored and documented student progress, providing feedback to parents and educators as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to use initiative.
A child and adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Full-time availability and a strong sense of commitment.
Team Teach training is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience working with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting.
