Stock Coordinator
Salary - Dependant on experience
Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.15, Friday 8.30 to 4.00

Outline of Role
The Coordinator will gather, record, and evaluate data to ensure the team has all the updated information to carry out projects.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage inventory levels
2. Track stock levels and order additional stock as needed
3. Oversee shipments and monitor any delays
4. Arrange for stock to be booked into warehouses
5. Maintain purchase and pricing reports
6. Maintain proper storage and security of materials
7. Liaise with warehouse and factories
8. Perform regular inventory audits
9. Follow budget guidelines to keep costs within expectations
10. Maintain databases and data imports/exports
11. Improve working practices and flows to enhance efficiency
12. Conduct analysis of data from a range of sources to provide business insight
13. Place purchase orders
14. Continually liaise with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Project Coordinators
15. Organise transport
Skills Required
1. Organisation skills
2. Communication skills
3. Negotiation skills
4. Stock controller experience
5. Excellent in Microsoft programs (especially Excel)
6. Attention to detail
Knowledge/Experience Required
1. Knowledge of WMS preferred
2. Data entry experience
