Description Overview
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Scope of the Role
Third Party Import Batch Receipt
1. Review batch documents received from third party imported finished products.
2. Send samples for testing received from Third party warehouse.
3. Perform all sample inspections.
4. Ensure reference/retention samples have been taken.
5. Download and update the QP SharePoint tracker daily.
6. Upload batch document paperwork, certificates of conformity/analysis, delivery notes, temperature logger information, and bill of lading to batches uploaded to the QP SharePoint tracker.
7. Identify any necessary deviations, UK QC laboratory out of specification/trend reports, and attach to QP SharePoint.
8. Update Contract Lab Performance spreadsheet with samples sent to the UK QC laboratories and date report received.
Batch Release
1. Ensure any batches with issues are identified to the certifying QPs.
2. Ensure batches are prioritized for certification and release.
Quality Archive
1. Arrange for disposal of any outdated documents/samples.
2. Prepare samples requested for Third Parties.
3. Ensure all Third Party samples requested by the business are collated as necessary.
4. Ensure all documentation for samples required are received and correctly processed.
5. Where necessary, ensure all removable contents are removed.
6. Where necessary, ensure all samples are identified as not for use.
7. Ensure samples are not handed over to non-Quality & Compliance staff until properly prepared.
8. Prepare the weekly email regarding testing and release schedule.
Experience Required
1. We are open to someone who is a recent graduate or has 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
3. SAP desirable but not essential.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative is key for this role.
