Temp position - Administrator

Location - Glasgow City Centre
Our client based in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a temporary Administrator to join their busy office. We are looking for someone who enjoys admin, processing orders, and has excellent attention to detail. Please read below to find out more.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering all incoming calls
2. Taking messages and transferring calls to the correct team member
3. Obtaining quotes for client orders
4. Arranging shipment of customer orders
5. Managing the shipment of orders from start to finish
6. Dealing with customs to make sure orders meet their destination on time
7. Making sure all documentation is in place for customs clearance and shipment
8. Dealing with couriers/incoming and outgoing deliveries/post
9. Assembling packages and processing labels
10. General admin duties to support the wider team
11. Keep office space tidy
12. Ordering office supplies when needed
About the Person
1. Previous Admin experience would be beneficial for this role
2. Customer Service skills
3. Previous experience of all Microsoft Packages
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Organised and able to prioritise workload
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
