As we expand, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to help ensure our HR processes run smoothly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and enjoys managing HR operations with precision and care.
About the Role
The HR Coordinator will support our HR consultant and Director in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across our nurseries. This is a process-driven, highly administrative role, requiring excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
You will be responsible for:
✅ Recruitment & Onboarding – Posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, processing contracts, and onboarding new hires.
✅ HR Compliance & Administration – Managing employee records, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and Safeguarding regulations.
✅ Payroll & Benefits Support – Coordinating payroll, handling leave requests, and supporting employees with benefits queries.
✅ Training & Development – Scheduling staff training, managing CPD progress, and creating AI-powered training presentations.
✅ HR Systems & Intranet Management – Keeping HR policies and resources up to date on our SharePoint intranet.
✅ Employee Support & Engagement – Being the first point of contact for HR queries and helping foster a positive, high-trust culture.
This role will directly contribute to our employee experience and organisational success as we continue to grow!
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ HR experience – ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
✔ Strong administrative skills – highly organised, detail-oriented, and efficient.
✔ Knowledge of HR systems & compliance – experience with ATS, HR databases, and GDPR.
✔ Payroll & benefits administration experience – a plus!
✔ A proactive, people-focused approach – someone who enjoys supporting teams and improving processes.
