Teaching Personnel is looking for motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in secondary schools across Surrey. This is a great opportunity to support the learning and development of students in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting teachers with delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning.
* Providing 1:1 or small group support to students with additional learning needs.
* Helping to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
* Supporting students in completing assigned work and encouraging independent learning.
* Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the class teacher.
Key Requirements:
* Passion for education and helping students succeed.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with young people.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting students.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial, but not essential.
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills (training can be provided).
