As a Customer Advisor, you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration to customers. You will get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
Happy to help, eager to learn, and a little bit obsessed with home improvement, you’ll thrive in this role. You’re friendly and outgoing, and you enjoy helping others. You’ll be willing to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. Teamwork is essential, and you should be flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
