We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Contract: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and meets the highest standards of care
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and therapeutic culture
* Develop and oversee individual care plans, ensuring each young person receives tailored support
* Manage safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies
* Support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), helping them develop resilience and life skills
* Lead on staff training, development, and performance to maintain a skilled and motivated team
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a children’s residential setting
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), and trauma-informed care
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, Quality Standards, and compliance requirements
* Excellent team management, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young people
