Previous experience of working in the community is not essential. Are you a qualified or about to qualify (child, adult, mental health or learning disability) nurse or a midwife with a passion for public health and improving outcomes for children in West Sussex? Would you like to work for a friendly and passionate Health visitor team who make a difference to children's lives every day? Alongside a skill mix team of health visitors and nursery nurses, you will work in collaboration with families; providing universal and targeted early interventions to ensure every child is offered the best start in life. We are looking for a compassionate individual who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and is able to work in partnership with multi-agency and inter-professional colleagues to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP).
