Job Title: Audit and Accounts Manager
Location: Woking
Experience Required: ACA / ACCA Qualified plus audit and accounts experience
This will be a highly varied practice role and would best suit a qualified accountant with both audit and accounts experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead audits from planning to completion and final reporting; supporting junior team members and delegating appropriately.
2. Review, prepare and submit year-end accounts for Ltd companies, partnerships and self-employed professionals from a variety of industries.
3. Use accounting and audit software including Caseware (experience appreciated).
4. Take an active role with the training and supervision of juniors, whilst in the office and at clients' sites.
5. Support the senior leadership team with running and growing the practice.
Requirements:
1. Be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in both audit and accounts work.
2. Be keen to get involved with the training and supervision of junior candidates.
3. Have intermediate to advanced managerial experience.
4. Be working as a Senior / Assistant Manager / Manager.
The role will be molded around your experience but experience in both audit and accounts is essential.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience. There may be flexibility for more experienced candidates.
