As our Lead Occupational Health Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a top-tier Occupational Health Service. You'll work autonomously, managing your own workload while supervising and supporting other clinical staff, including remote OH Advisors and Technicians.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality and clinical audits to maintain high standards.
Comprehensive Services: Deliver a full spectrum of occupational health services, including health surveillance, risk assessments, and management referrals.
Policy Development: Collaborate on the development, implementation, and review of OH policies and guidelines.
Professional Guidance: Provide occupational health advice to managers and employees on risk identification, assessment, and control.
Training & Promotion: Contribute to training programmes and health promotion strategies.
Essential: NMC registration and a recognised OH qualification.
Registered Nurse: With a qualification in Occupational Health.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proven experience in health surveillance and complex case management.
