The Digital Customer Experience team unifies all digital and outbound communications for Hyundai, creating cohesive experiences for our prospects, customers, retail network, and internal stakeholders. As the Digital Platforms Coordinator, you will play an essential role in advancing Hyundai’s core digital assets and transforming our digital customer journey. Over the past year, we’ve undertaken a complete overhaul of our national and retailer digital ecosystem, and in the coming year, we’ll be launching a suite of new digital customer tools. You will support the rollout of these platforms, ensuring their smooth operation and continual optimisation. As many customers’ first touchpoint with the Hyundai brand, it’s crucial that our digital platforms deliver an exceptional experience, consistently reflecting our brand vision: Progress for Humanity. Project Management: Oversee website updates, including product launches, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution. Digital Asset Stewardship: Act as the digital asset guardian for Hyundai, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding digital assets (including national and dealer websites, e-commerce platforms, and affiliate sites). Proactively improve these assets to deliver an effective and customer-cantered digital experience. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to establish clear expectations and guidelines for new digital initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
