Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join our professional Build Team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Build Director, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, primarily to the Build Director and Build Managers to ensure the efficient operation of the Building Department, undertaking duties in an accurate, timely manner and to a high standard.
Requirements
* Extensive experience gained in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external customers/clients at all levels.
* Highly proficient IT user, especially in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Good word processing skills and ability to type efficiently.
* Excellent time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
* Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
