Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to actively secure customers from the industry sectors identified in the Company's strategy. A significant part of your day will be conducting outbound calls to potential and existing customers and logging correspondence and activity onto the CRM system. Your daily activities will also include researching potential markets and clients, identifying leads and monitoring enquiry levels from existing customers and new prospects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential charter customers via telephone and electronic marketing in line with the Charter Division’s growth plans and strategies.
* Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting ACC Aviation’s services. Qualify and follow up on leads using the company standard processes to ensure accurate information and high levels of customer service.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their questions and needs.
* Work alongside Charter brokers to collectively build customer relationships, generate enquiries and close business.
* Maintain customer service processes to ensure that all flights meet the client’s expectations.
* Ensure that all activity and information updates are captured in Sugar in line with company procedures and quality standards.
* Update records in Sugar by contacting companies and updating contacts and accounts in the system to ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
* Excellent sales and business development skills, ideally with some experience in a telesales or outbound business development environment.
* Tenacious approach to winning business and target attainment.
* Customer focused with first-rate people skills.
* Confident, professional telephone manner with a corporate approach to sales is essential.
* Advanced communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
* Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system.
