Then this internal role may be just for you As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in helping our customers go live smoothly by transforming their business data into a fully operational Epos Now system. This is a detail-oriented and customer-facing support role that bridges technical setup and onboarding. You’ll be the go-to expert for preparing stock lists, menus, and product files for bulk import—ensuring our customers are up and running on time, every time. This is a new role and may evolve to support broader implementation responsibilities. Role & Responsibilites Process customer-provided spreadsheets, PDFs, and documents for import into our POS system Format and validate data using advanced Excel skills to meet internal standards Liaise with customers to confirm requirements, record details in CRM, and ensure accuracy Create quotes for the bulk import service and manage sign-off once completed Collaborate with Implementation Consultants to ensure handovers are smooth and well-documented Own and manage your import queue, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs (24–48 hours) Proactively schedule check-ins for more complex imports Provide feedback to Training and Sales teams on recurring challenges or opportunities for improvement Essential Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 months experience in our Implementation, or Customer Support teams Proven experience working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data Strong internal knowledge of Epos Now products and system setup Understanding of onboarding processes and operational needs across different industries Experience using Salesforce or case management tools to track customer interactions Desirable Skills Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, importing/exporting, formulas High attention to detail and accuracy when processing data Strong time management: Able to juggle multiple customer imports at once Customer insight: Understands different business types and their unique POS needs Problem-solving mindset: Able to interpret unclear files and ask clarifying questions Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders Comfortable following structured processes and workflows Key Competencies Customer – You’re focused on what the customer needs and how to deliver it Mission – You bring skill, knowledge, and professionalism to every task Ownership – You tackle problems systematically and own the outcome Innovate – You look for ways to improve and make change happen Trust – You act with integrity and seek to understand others Shared Success – You collaborate, communicate, and build strong working relationships ‼ How To Apply‼ Read the skills & experience required and if you can demonstrate those Discuss the opportunity with your manager before applying to check you meet the internal criteria Good Luck
