Administrator
Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Chester area who urgently require an interim Administrator
The key role responsibilities are:
* Acting as a the single contact for the referal team
* To book appointments following service standards. This will require having direct contact with distressed and anxious patients and their relatives
* Accurate and timely inputting onto department database, maintaining data storage and archiving of data as required and in accordance with procedure
* To chase and process referalls, including the gathering and collation of relevant documentation
* Photocopying scanning and word processing documents, letters, emails, minutes and reports as and when required
* Monitoring the team email box and distributing emails to relevant team members
* Liaise with different departments and reffers
* Attend and arrange meetings- with some note taking
* To be comfortable with MS Office and MS Teams
