Due to the continued growth of our client base, Renovo (a Liberata Group Company) is looking to expand our Commercial Team with the addition of an Account Manager. The move is in response to a further increase in the number of organisations now turning to Renovo to deliver a better kind of outplacement and career transition support to their employees.
The ideal recruit will already be working in a commercially focussed Account Management role with a proven track record of managing and developing strong working relationships with HR professionals. You are also likely to have experience in one or more of the following service areas: outplacement, resilience, career development, coaching, leadership development, assessment, recruitment, HR outsourcing or HR technology.
The focus of the role will be to provide our existing clients with an exceptional level of support through periods of restructure, helping them to find the right outplacement solutions for their employees. You will be tasked with strengthening and building these relationships, identifying new stakeholders, or finding opportunities to support those clients with additional services for their employees beyond outplacement, such as resilience training or pre-retirement planning. Your ultimate aims with these clients will be to achieve strong retention rates, increase revenue, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships with HR stakeholders within a defined group of existing Private, Public and Third Sector accounts.
* Drive a greater depth of coverage within existing accounts by mapping out HR team structures, identifying new decision makers and creating relationships with senior stakeholders to increase influence and control.
* Build an understanding of client’s long-term career transition needs through regular contact via phone, email and predominantly video call to ensure Renovo are best placed to handle new requirements.
* Drive additional revenue through the development of new products sales including Redeployment, Resilience Coaching and Pre-Retirement Support.
* Work closely with the Business Development Team to coordinate activities and ensure the successful development of new client accounts post-acquisition.
* Spot new business opportunities for the wider Commercial Team which will include tracking of HR and Procurement decision makers to new prospects.
* Create content to support marketing campaigns to the account base which will include Mailer Campaigns or Client/ Participant Case Studies.
* Qualify sales opportunities to understand a client’s needs fully and create compelling solutions to meet those needs.
* Working closely with the Head of Account Management to write accurate and persuasive written proposals in order to secure maximum revenue generation from projects.
* Work closely with clients on the communication of support, to drive project engagement and in turn gain maximum revenue from a project.
* Partner with the Renovo Operations Team to ensure successful design and management of outplacement and career transition projects.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Proven ability to ‘farm’ an existing account base in a B2B environment.
* Experience of selling and marketing services to HR decision makers, ideally within an outplacement, career transition or coaching environment.
* Exceptional organisation and client management skills.
