Job role: Teaching assistant Hours: 8:30-3:30 five days a week Location: Corby Teaching Personnel are dedicated to providing excellent education and support to students. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher with lessons and activities Work in small groups / with individuals Help manage the classroom and prepare equipment for lessons Encourage and provide an enagaging learning environment Follow behaviour and safeguarding policies to ensure a safe learning environment is provided for all students and staff Monitor and give feedback on students progress Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a teaching assistant or a similar role Enthuasism for education and helping students to be successful Good communication skills Approachable and friendly A Child Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one) Good time management Relevant qualifications (e.g. Teaching Assistant) if possible Why Join Us?
