HR & Payroll Assistant - St Austell - Cornwall
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + 5% Bonus

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products with quality recognized as second to none. With a strong order book and growth into various export markets, they are looking for a HR & Payroll Assistant to join their close-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of pay and benefits for employees, ensuring the HR system contains accurate data.
2. Manage monthly payroll and time & attendance system efficiently and effectively, ensuring payroll data is correct.
3. Respond quickly to all payroll queries and submissions.
4. Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of key compensation and benefit arrangements.
5. Liaise with providers and organize employee benefits as requested.
6. Assist with any additional HR tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
1. 5 years within a payroll role.
2. Experience with year-end reporting.
3. HR Admin knowledge would be advantageous.
4. Experience in manufacturing/engineering/production environments would be advantageous.
Benefits Package:
1. Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + 5% Bonus
2. Hours: 36.25hrs a week
