Clinical Lead Summary: Clinical Lead St Giles View £50,023.12 Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (with flexibility as needed) 35 hours per week One weekend shift per month Extensive CPD programme Free meal on shift Paid breaks Not for Profit care provider Clinical Lead An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Brendoncare as the Clinical Lead in our newest care home in Winchester. We are looking for a warm, friendly, and empathetic individual who understands the needs of the people we support. You will have strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to build rapport to positively influence others. Proficiency with technology is also essential. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Deliver high-quality care to residents. Participate in the recruitment of clinical staff. Support and manage nursing staff through reflective practice. Develop and oversee nurses’ personal development plans. Provide leadership for the team on a shift-by-shift basis. Assist nursing staff in collating data, analysing information. Work proactively with the Deputy and Home Manager to uphold and enhance nursing standards across the home.
