Exciting Opportunity: SEN Tutor
We are proud to collaborate with local councils and SEND teams across the UK, providing tailored educational support to individuals currently outside mainstream education, those requiring additional assistance, and students with SEND.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Tutor to deliver one-to-one support to a Year 10 student in St Helens. This role requires expertise in SEND, with particular focus on ADHD and visual impairment.
Role:
- Location: St Helens
- Position: SEN Tutor
- Type of Work: Contract
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: Long-term
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Working Hours: 15 hours per week
- Rate of Pay: £30.00 per hour
Experience, Training, and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with SEND students.
- Classroom teaching experience in the UK.
- A creative, patient, and innovative approach to education.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Provide two professional references related to child work.
