About Us:
Chiltern Support and Housing Ltd was founded in 2008 by a specialist in Mental Healthcare. Having worked in this area for many years he wanted to make a difference and change the ingrained and sometimes archaic attitudes to mental illness and learning disabilities. His passion and determination has grown this unique bespoke person centred support and care service.
Areas of Operation:
Surrey, Rochdale, Kent, London and High Wycombe
Role Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support to individuals with varying needs
Assisting with daily living activities, including medication administration
Building positive relationships with service users and their families
Promoting independence and choice
Contributing to the development and implementation of care plans
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
Relevant care experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to providing high-quality care
