• Work closely with each department to understand their requirements and ensure infrastructure solutions meet their business needs.
• Provide support for cloud-based environments, with a basic working knowledge of Azure or AWS.

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, ensuring clients understand the impact of technology decisions.
• Develop and grow your leadership and management skills as part of a business objective for career progression into management roles.
Key Requirements:

• Expertise in virtualisation platforms, including VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Proficient in administering and supporting Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NTFS).
• Working knowledge of Veeam for backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients.
• Leadership experience, either through people management or delivering projects in a lead capacity.
• A desire for career progression into management, with the opportunity to advance within the company.
Desirable Skills:
