Bela Recruitment is hiring an Administrator - Health & Safety to work from the Dungannon / Portadown / Armagh, area of Northern Ireland.
Salary – £23,000 - £30,000
Location – Dungannon / Portadown

You will provide vital Administration or Officer type support across Health, Safety and Environmental needs, to ensure business compliance. A wonderful opportunity for anyone keen to progress a career in Health & Safety, this might suit a super organised Administration or experienced H&S Administrator or Officer.
Responsibilities
· Arrange weekly meetings for the business, record mins, update systems and share mins.
· Conduct company HSE audits, reporting non-conformance and quality issues.
· Support/conduct inductions for new starts & contractors, conduct manual handling training, ensure training records are kept updated & accurate at all times.
· Conduct data gathering & ensure critical tasks are completed on-time, fleet checks, stores audits, tender tracking, plant register – training will be provided.
· Compiling & maintaining sub-contractor documentation related to HSEQ.
· Assisting in incident reports.

Requirements
· Could suit a driven graduate OR an experienced & organised administrator. Training & support is available, but you must be willing & able to learn processes and tasks quickly.
· Experience in document control and updating databases.
· Proven ability to follow company processes, support a wider team and meet deadlines.
· Must have good Microsoft skills across Word & Excel.
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· For either job – you must be able to learn new processes, complete tasks on time and eventually work independently.
